VEHICAL EXPLODED, NO DEATH.
It was motionless before resident heard the 'loud' explode. Everybody was not curious about the sound from outside. Until the smell of fuels burning.
" I hear the sound from outside, it's very soft " said by Mdm Ong.
"The driver keep on re-start the engine, until i see flames underneath" said in chinese ny Mr Poon, the respondent who lived opposite the vehical.
Fire increased gradually, think flame smoke covered the whole area of mulberry avenue. Fire engine reached in 5 minutes time and had the fire under control. Nobody was injured. Debris scattered around the road.
Investigation was carried out and was proven that the main cause of fire was overheating the battary. due to addition pressure starting the van after the explodsion.
The driver will be charged for illegal parking within 100m compound from water supply.
