past few days rowing were good.. some bad ones too.. i felt stress when i was placed in the second seat!.. i didn't expect myself to be sitting ther tho >.<... well being a pacer was much much much more harder than being a back-pac.. well.. mainly the water would be much much more heavier then the back? suppose to?.. nuh.. i'm still inexperience.. jus learn from vivien and odel.. learn to be more consentrate when rowing.. ah huat told me.. i'm not focus enough..well.. the rest of my team mates told me too.. hai...

jus came back from training todae.. had our usual napfa test.. did incline pull + sit ups + 2.4km.. xian.. should not hav trained my biceps yest.. i can't do my pull ups... fine .. here's my result:
incline: 36
sit-ups: 45
2.4km run: 12:56
good!... i improved my run.. from 1330 to 1256.. although didn't hit below 1230.. but i'vr improve.. shall hit faster next time.. heez.. i'm happy.. thanks!...
