back from penang 5 days trip.. an enjoyable trip with lots n lots of fun.. in hotels and during trainings..
our race ended with happyness and tears.. everyone in the team shed their tears regardless win or lose.. we shed our tears.
we won the first medal for juniors.. came in 1st, gold medal... all our effort finally proved tat we are capable.. we can do it.. however.. this race doesn't show tat we are forever the champion.. ther is still lots to go.. now ll we have to do.. is to train for watever race tat is upcoming.. and get back wat we have lost..
dun be complacement..
now i'm back.. study.. damn..
