alright...
trainings were getting TOUGHER...
did gym on saturday be4 heading down for rowing..
damn... when we were doing gym at SDBA..
almost everybody were looking at us...
not in a admire manner..
but a more suspicious manner?...
or maybe a more doubtful manner..
lik"wah sure anot... do gym den row"
it doesn"t feel good
however.. it's our training programme..
and i enjoy it too...
work hard den..
we gals was so motivating on sat.. doing gym..
almost everyone break heir limits!!...
a person can do 25... now can do lik 30++ on sat...
that was great.. but abit bad attitude "compete"

i manage to do 4 pull ups...
a little bit more to 5!!!...
yeah... i'm happy...
hit 5 den i'll hit 6!!!... WOAh

light rowing after that...
PheW!!!...
and i'd been pushed to third seat...
damn.. rather demoralized..
BUT!..
i'll still row...
as in.. we still must row...
got to take it... hur hur

gymmed with ky on sunday..
did my 7.5kg ... 15 reps..
jus lik trying out see what level i am now...
cox wilson increased the weights trainings...
well... not too bad.. work harder...
believe i can do it!..
yeah...

more pulls-ups! 5!
greater strength!
