alright, first, my bloody phone died on me again. previously was the camera. and it was fixed. but when i went home on the same day, i realised the keypad light was not working normally!?!?!?!?

tell me i'm lucky.

my current phone, V9 motorola. i bought it thru singtel online shop. so they delivered the phone to my household. the first phone came. CANNOOT USEEEEE. NB CB. so i request a exchange. they changed. so i'm happy. but 2 months later? below happened.

i went to THE CATHAY for their service center for consecutive 3 days.sat sun and mon. alright. TODAY I AM GOING DOWN AGAIN. WHO THE HELL WANT TO GO TO A FREAKING SERVICE CENTER 4 TIME in a row!!!!! i really demand a new phone from you motorola. but that honest counter person told me. '' they will not change a new phone unless the phone is beyond repair.'' WTF!?! beyond repair? meaning? the phone must be in a great condition like kena drive pass by a LORRYYYYYY that kind?!!! alright, the quite pretty customer manager explained. blah blah blah. '' we need to bring your phone to the techncian to investigate, if the PCB got problem we will change thee whole PCB'' . you see! check again. what PCB. you PCB la! (PCB is the somthing like mother board)so how many time my poor little phone have to be open up!?!?!?!

fineeeeeeeeeeeeeee, i am going to bitch with them later again!!!!!!!!!!!! together with kok. i hope his muscular size will help me frigthen them! HAHA -.- ( i doubt so)

next. my cute little agent FORGET TO INFORM ME about the OT charging. meaning. 1 week i clocked 42 hours of working hours. soooo logically i am suppose to collect OT 1.5 times after 42 hours right? (tell me i'm right) . so the cute agent told me on the phone. '' do you aware of the after 44 hours OT charge?'' i was . errrrr no? ''OH, you can only start charging your OT after working 44 hours. '' the cute agent said. '' den the 2 hours in between will still pay at 8 per hour.''
WTF. (wait wait my story haven end)

i checked my contract. it didn't state that policy. and i was not aware of anything single thing. so i checked my the other temp staff. her contract stated that policy. SO LOGICALLY I AM SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW THE MY CONTRACT RIGHT!?!?!

SO i told her about the contract. She said '' sorry shing ping, i forgotten to include the terms in the contract. "BLOODY NB KNN. sorry for this!!?!?! sorry ge pi! eat shit please. am i suppose to bear your rrespsonsibility!? so what is the purpose of signing the contract.!!!!!NO , I AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS OFF. ( simply because this month i clocked 10 over hours of OT, so if i follow the 44 hours thingy, half of the OT will charge at 8 instead of 1.5 times!!!)

and i am going to bitch later in the day. again. to the same matters! i mean MATTERSSSSS

ANDDDDDD this morning the train delayed for 20 shhityyyyy minutes. ya 20 minutes might sound short. but for those who are working. it freaking longgggggggggggg.
