shag

I shall touch on yest's training with the ntuc people. Oh man, its so much tougher than life in Ngee Ann.

training:
3 x 800m Ergo pull. (power below 2:10)
2km run
3 x 10kg, 8 reps, up right row
3 x 7-9 plates lats pull and low row.
4 x 25 reps one arm row, push up, leg press
3 x 8 reps dips
3 x 8 reps back ( can't remember what is that called)

2 person per group ( do you think i'll have time to rest like in NP? where there were 4-5 people per group? NOOOOOOOOOO)
Really Chop chop done.

after the above, CIRCUITSSSS
-faint-
20 reps push up, burpis, sit up, back extension
followed by 40 reps steps. (those step on to the bench and down to the floor)
continuosly 2 sets. I'm breathing my lungs out la. bad breath somemore.

My legs went numb after all those shit. ( slim legs sucks, no power at all)
and i'm glad there is someone there supporting me :)

Those people who are really much older than me are so FIT!
So what if i'm younger. useless ass~

i'm so tired right now. i was sleeping while standing in the train can.
i hope i wont regret after taking this step.

wow. thats really tough! ai zai jess, the initial is always tough. but you'll get the hang of it and you'll become stronger!
