Ran 12 rounds continuously.
First 6 rounds at a comfortable pace, 2:10/round. (coach consider that as warm up)
Second 6 rounds was the real 2.4km fitness test.
Clocked at 1159.
(i'm freaking tired after running the first 6 rounds already) -faint-
Not satisfied.
Next time round. I'm gonna overtake the time watch. haha
