Never in my life i run so many rounds of track.
The previous week was 4 sets of 4 x 400m (below 8 mins)=16 rounds
This week 2 sets of 4 x 400m (below 7:30) & 2 sets of 3x 400m ( below 5:30)=14 rounds
So what is there to expect from the next round of training?
How long more can i hold on.
I hope through these trainings, my mental is much stronger.
I want my mental to be as strong as a marathon runner.
I am not going to let it go.
I am here not for nothing, it is to mark my records.
