REGATTA!

time to train even harder..
get back wat u have trained.. earn it..!..

more sea-rowing as usual.. lesser pool-rowing.. anyway i dun lik pool-rowing la.. lol..
the land training on thursday was WAH!.. sprinting.. thought it was fun.. but was no actually fun tho.. 400m -->300-->200-->100.. each one round... and is sprinting not running la.. well.. this is called bursting.. >.<".. well i really burst all out for the 100m sprint la.. shouted when i'm sprinting.. weird!..another bursting section on this coming thursday.. HAI! all others are sea-rowing.. which i prefer.. haa.. tyres and starts.. lol.. we are all improving.. need focus more on building up power for 10.. and power in water.. relax and twist.. sit up straight to breath well.. dun hunch!.. center and back pack not well developed..need to improve.. 4 weeks to regatta.. well.. jus 4 more weeks.. i'll give more of my time for db trainings to improve and learn.. imply during races.. regattaregattaregattaregattareggataregattaregattaregattaregattaregattaregatta
watched 40 year old virgin.. abit rubbish but funny.. i jus cant stop thinking the ending part.. it's lik heaven?..lol..
didn't spend much time with ky.. work... hai..
