self gymming yest.. was quite a efffective one.. trained shoulder and bits of tricep.. hmm.. well.. jus can't do well on pull-ups.. tried but still.. lik SHIT!..>.<..by reggatta.. at least one pull-up?.. i'll try hard!.. pls.. dun look down on me. thanks!
